These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Soon Lee website and the purchase of any goods or services from Soon Lee Atelier Pte Ltd ("Soon Lee", "we", "us" or "our"). By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About us

2. Orders and made-to-order pieces
Many of our pieces are made to order or finished by hand in our atelier. When you place an order:
- An order confirmation is an acknowledgement of your request, not acceptance. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order and, where applicable, receive payment or a deposit.
- Made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces are produced to the measurements and specifications confirmed at your fitting or in writing. Please check these carefully, as they cannot always be altered later.
- Production and fitting timelines are estimates. We will always do our best to meet agreed dates, but cannot guarantee delivery by a specific occasion unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. For made-to-order pieces, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance payable before collection or delivery.
4. Delivery
We offer complimentary islandwide delivery within Singapore unless otherwise stated. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If no one is available to receive a delivery, additional arrangements or charges may apply.
5. Exchanges, alterations and returns
Because our pieces are largely made to order and finished by hand, they are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law or where an item is faulty. Specifically:
- Made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are produced specifically for you.
- Ready-to-wear accessories in original, unworn condition may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of receipt, at our discretion and subject to inspection.
- If you believe an item is faulty, contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receipt with photographs, and we will work with you to put things right.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other applicable Singapore law.
6. Care of your pieces
Care guidance is provided with each piece. Delicate fabrics, beadwork and lace require gentle handling; damage caused by improper care, wear and tear, or alterations made outside our atelier is not covered by any fault remedy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, designs, and the Soon Lee name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Soon Lee and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soon Lee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Please review this page periodically.
